The Annual CEDC member appreciation picnic was held on October 1 at the One Box Convention Center.

The Founding Father Award which went to Loren Taylor. The Founding Father Award is given from time to time to a person who played an integral part in the formation and growth of the CEDC.
Tourism Innovator Award: Sandhill’s Journey National Scenic Byway Visitor Center Barn volunteer crew
Business Innovator Award: Ansley Housing Development Group
The Wheel House Award recipient was Ken Pitkin. The Wheel Horse Award is given to a person who goes above and beyond in advocating for the growth and advancement of their community and the county as a whole.
All recipients are chosen by a selection committee formed of the CEDC members.
