Rio Remund of Arnold and MaKinley Tobey of Broken Bow were the two local recipients.

Believers & Achievers is a state-wide awards program that has been designed to reward high school students in Nebraska for their excellence in academics and participation in NSAA activities. Students who show commitment to citizenship, school involvement, and community projects are honored as believers and achievers.

Beginning in October and continuing through April, 48 Nebraska high school seniors will be honored as Believers & Achievers.  Of those 48 finalists, eight will receive $500 scholarships from Currency to use for the college or university of their choice at a scholarship banquet to be held on April 21, 2024.
