BROKEN BOW—After just one year in business, Southside Storage has already received a GROW award from the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce.
Steven and Carmen Finney opened Southside Storage in January 2017 with 18 ten-by-twenty-feet storage units. The new addition features 24 additional units, as well as outdoor storage.
“[Feeling] really good. They went right to work. Markham Construction did the building, and Burns did the dirt work and everybody went to work fast and it went up in a hurry. This building is full and we’re already started on the other one,” Steven Finney said.
Carmen Finney said the original units sold out in just one month.
Steven Finney said it has been fun to open this business with wife, Carmen. The couple also owns Miracle Dent and says they plan to continue staying busy–“I’m not ready to retire,” Steven Finney said.
Southside Storage is located at 1231 South 7th Street in Broken Bow.
