Snow totals vary greatly across the area

Western and central Nebraska saw everything including rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, and even a couple flashes of lightning between Monday and Tuesday afternoon. Much of the KCNI/KBBN listening area could find snow blanketing a layer of ice once everything calmed down Tuesday afternoon.

Volunteers, law enforcement, co-op’s, broadcast media, and emergency managers sent in snowfall reports throughout the day Tuesday. Totals reached as high as O’Neill and
