The Custer County Ag Society will meet for a regular board meeting tonight (September 12) immediately following their posted budged hearing. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 PM at the shooting sports building on the west end of the Custer County Fairgrounds.
A short agenda awaits the board following August meeting minutes approval, monthly bills, and committee reports from the extension office, 4-H Council, office assistant, sponsorship, and winter ball.
In old business, preparation is the theme for the board. Discussions will be had surrounding the Mid States Rodeo which takes place Friday through Sunday and Junk Jaunt which is on the calendar for the last weekend of the month.
No new business items appeared on the agenda as of when it was received by KCNI/KBBN. The agenda is kept continuously current and open for public inspection in the office of the Custer County Fairgrounds. The Custer County Fair Board/ Custer County Ag Society may go into executive session on any issue if the need arises.
