BROKEN BOW – Applications for the Santa Cop program have been mailed, and residents have until November 30 to fill them out and turn them in.
Each year, the program purchases gifts for children in need throughout Custer County, and the Nebraska State Patrol, Custer County Sheriff’s Office, and Broken Bow Police Department deliver those presents to households.
Community members wishing to participate in the yearly program should check their mailboxes, and if no letter can be found, or if they’ve moved since last year, should contact Julie Toline at (308) 872-6424, or by contacting the Custer County Salvation Army on Facebook.
The Custer County Salvation Army also issued a friendly reminder that no applications will be accepted after the November 30 deadline.
