Rotary golf tournament full, meal open to anyone on Friday

The Broken Bow Rotary ‘Service Above Self’ golf tournament is quickly approaching on Friday. Organizers say that even though there isn’t space for additional golfers, there is still a way to help the Rotary and Teammates Mentoring, which the benefits from the event will go to.

A grill out will be available for those golfing as well as anybody who wants to stop by to make a free will donation in support. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and water are the planned meal.

Golfers will have plenty of time to fill their stomachs before hitting the course. Check-in starts in the 1 PM hour alongside the opportunity for mulligan purchase. A shotgun start will send everyone to their respective tee boxes at 1:30 PM for the 9 hole, 2 person scramble format tournament.

The DARE golf tournament is set for the following day this week on Saturday, also at the Broken Bow Golf Club.
