Register of Deeds warns residents of potential scams

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Register of Deeds has released a statement informing Custer County residents that it has been made aware of some possible scams, and is informing the public about them.

Most of the records in the Register of Deeds office are public information. Because this information is available to the public, it is easier for businesses to gain access to your land information.
