CUSTER COUNTY – The Red Cross will be holding a series of blood drives across the KCNI/KBBN listening area throughout the month of May.
The May drives kick off on Tuesday the 9th, when the Veteran’s Club in Ord will be hosting a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To make an appointment, potential donors should call the American Red Cross directly at 1-800-733-2767.
The next day, Wednesday, May 10, Broken Bow will be holding its blood drive from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Municipal Building; those wanting to make an appointment should call Nicole at (308) 870-6651.
Callaway will be holding its blood drive eight days later, on Sunday, May 18 at the Callaway Community Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Interested donors should call Carol at (308) 870-3594 to schedule an appointment.
The month’s final area blood drive will occur in Greeley at the Central Valley Auditorium on Friday, May 30 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Donors should contact Jackie Nekoliczak at (308) 428-5721 or Lisa Wood at (308) 750-8406 to schedule an appointment.
