The Broken Bow City Council will hear proposed traffic changes from the Broken Bow Police Department tonight at 6pm at their regular meeting in the Municipal Building.
Also at tonight’s meeting, Ethan Harders will talk about upgrades to the Melham Disc Golf Course. Proposed changes include adding concrete tee pads at each tee location, replacing homemade baskets with approved commercial baskets, increasing the number of holes from nine to eighteen, and replacing the current tee posts with descriptive tee signs about each hole. Proposed funding would come from donations from local businesses and applying for a grant from the Custer County Foundation.
In other business tonight, the Broken Bow Fire Chief will give an update to the council.
The City Council will also approve ambulance service officers and the official roster, and volunteer fire department officers and official roster will also be approved. The council will also approve the November 2024 Treasurer’s report.
Public comments, as well as comments from the Mayor and Council members will round out the meeting.
