Custer Public Power District (CPPD) has announced a planned outage, scheduled for November 20, starting at 2:00 PM.
Power will be out in and around the towns of Thedford, Seneca, and Mullen for about two hours. CPPD crews will be working in the area to fix problem spots before winter weather sets in.
