Tony L. Nolan, age 61 of Callaway, made his first appearance in Custer County Court on Monday, April 13th. As a result of an alleged incident on February 25th of this year, Nolan faces a charge of 3rd degree assault on a health care professional, a Class 3A felony. Matt Furrow was appointed by the court as the defendant’s attorney. A personal recognizance bond was set at $1,000 and the preliminary hearing in the case was scheduled for May 18th.
