Music for a cause: BJ Jamison to play wildfire benefit show

Local country music artist turned Nashville recording artist B.J. Jamison certainly doesn’t have trouble keeping himself busy. The young artist’s schedule is always filling up with live shows and the year ahead will be busy following the release of his newest single, The Note.

If recording, performing, and promoting music wasn’t enough, Jamison is also an Arnold volunteer fireman. The recent Betty’s way fire that scorched over 70,000 acres of land late last month sparked while he was in Nashville promoting his new country track.

It was on the journey back home to Arnold when Jamison came up with the idea to help with a benefit show, with all raised funds going to both victims of the fire as well as the first responders who took part in battling the blaze.

B.J. Jamison and the Twin River Band will take to the stage at the Lincoln Highway RV Park in North Platte this upcoming Sunday, March 17 at 2:00 P.M.

Attendees are asked for a free will donation for attending the event, which is slated for delicious food, great silent auction items, a cash bar, and of course good times.
