Louis E. Keezer, age 37 of Arnold, appeared for two separate preliminary hearings in Custer County Court on Monday, October 26th. In one case, Keezer faces a charge of 2nd degree assault, a Class IIIA felony. The defendant is charged in the other case with failure to render aid for bodily injury, a Class IIA felony. Keezer waived his right to preliminary hearings in both cases and the matters were bound over to Custer County District Court for arraignments on November 12th.
Other felony cases that were on Monday’s docket were granted continuances by Judge Tami Schendt at the request of defense attorneys.
