BROKEN BOW – According to the Custer County Highway Department, a section of Arnold River Road near Callaway will be closed beginning the first week in December.
The project is expected to last three months, the superintendent says, to replace structures along the road. Part of the preparation for the project is the calculation of a detour, which would potentially make use of Road 423 just west of Callaway to help keep traffic moving smoothly throughout the project.
