The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a heat advisory for much of our listening area for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Heat index values on Tuesday and Wednesday are expected to be over 100 degrees.
This heat advisory is in effect for Cherry, Brown, Keya Paha, Rock, Boyd, Holt, Wheeler, Garfield, Custer, Loup, Blaine, Thomas, Logan, Lincoln, Hayes and Frontier counties.
