Head Down Memory Lane during the Sargent Fair, Chokecherry Jamboree, & Alumni Weekend

SARGENT–Lots of great events planned for the whole family in Sargent this weekend! Head down memory lane June 26 and 27 for the annual Sargent Fair & Chokecherry Jamboree, and alumni activities.

Sargent Women’s Action Team (SWAT) co-president Stephanie Keefe said the event organizers are glad to bring this year’s celebration back to Sargent after having to cancel in 2020 due to COVID-19.

“It was tough not being able to get everyone together [last year]. In the last few year we’ve combined our Sargent Chokecherry days with our alumni. So we’re excited to get our alumni back. We’ll be honoring last year’s honored classes and this year’s. So we’ll have a day full of events for the fair celebration and then Saturday night we will have Lost County Roads coming to do an alumni dance that’s open to everybody,” Keefe told KCNI/KBBN.
