COZAD, NE – The second annual Platte Valley Tailwinds event took place throughout Father’s Day weekend in Cozad. Attendees enjoyed the viewing of hot air balloons, classic cars, and airplanes while also filling their days with delicious food and drinks, music, and browsing vendors.
