Full schedule of events, entertainment ahead for Custer County Fair 2025

The Custer County Fair is already underway in Broken Bow, with 4-H exhibits, livestock entries, and open class entries rolling into the fairgrounds through the weekend. The excitement continues to build with a jam-packed schedule that showcases youth achievements, agriculture, and community fun.

The festivities pick up Saturday with a full day of 4-H activities including food, garden, and floral judging. The community will line the streets in the evening for the annual parade at 6 PM. (Listen to the parade on KCNI thanks to Tumbleweed Cafe or sit near an announcer stand by the municipal building or on the square).

Sunday features animal weigh-ins, horse shows, and the small animal pet show. The Christian concert at the Broken Bow United Methodist Church begins at 7 PM, offering a musical highlight to wrap up the weekend.

Monday includes swine judging and a full horse show lineup. Fairgoers can enjoy a free Pit BBQ from 5:30 to 7 PM, then head over to the grandstand for the Custer Co. Bull Riding Classic at 7:30 PM.

Tuesday will feature rabbit, poultry, pigeon, and beef showmanship contests throughout the day. Evening highlights include the Farm Credit Services Watermelon Feed from 3 to 5 PM, and the Ultimate Bullfighters Freestyle Bullfighting competition at 7:30 PM, sure to thrill the crowd.

Wednesday brings the stocker-feeder show, bucket calf interviews, and dairy and goat shows. The night ends on a high note with a teen dance starting at 9 PM, following the 4-H Awards Presentation at 6 PM and free swim at the Broken Bow pool from 6:30 to 8 PM.

The fair continues through Thursday, wrapping up with the livestock judging contest, elite showmanship, and the 4-H and FFA livestock sale at 7 PM.

With daily livestock events, exhibits, fun for kids, and evening entertainment, the 2025 Custer County Fair promises a week full of tradition, youth celebration, and community spirit.
