After nearly two weeks of funneling traffic solely through their drive-thru, the Broken Bow Runza has completed their dining room remodel.
Manager Brian Palmer says folks who come inside to order will see a number of updates.
“Everything the customer sees is new and different. The floor, the chair rail, the wainscoting, the paint, the decals, the bathrooms, the tile, everything in the customer area is completely new and refreshed.”
The new look was aided by Runza National, which picked out new furniture, wall coverings, and colors to align with other locations. It’s the first major upgrade since Owners Kevin and Joyce Richardson opened the store in June of 2008.
Palmer said it’s good to see their customers up close again.
“Customers are what help us pay all our bills and we like to visit with them and see them and have ’em come in the store and, so yeah, we don’t like just looking at them through the window, especially when it was zero degrees out.”
The Broken Bow Runza opens at 10:30am daily, with the dining room closing at 8:30pm and the drive-thru open until 9:30pm.
