Preston J. Foster, age 39 of Broken Bow, appeared for sentencing in Custer County Court on Monday, July 20th. In November 2025, Foster was given two years probation after being found guilty of DUI-3rd offense and earlier this year, Foster was found guilty of violating conditions of that probation. During Monday’s sentencing, Judge Tami Schendt ordered Foster to immediately begin serving 180 days in jail with credit for 31 days served, revocation of his operator’s license for 15 years, and a $1,000 fine. Following sentencing, he was taken into custody by the Custer County Sheriff.
