Five Youths Suspected in Custer School Vandalism Reappear in County Court

BROKEN BOW – The juveniles accused of vandalizing the Custer School Building earlier this year returned to court on Monday to enter pleas. All five were present and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The five denied the allegations, and all had allegedly reached an informal plea agreement with the court, the details of which are currently unknown.

Their cases will now move to the pre-adjudication phase, with three set to reappear on November 14, and two set for the end of October, the 28 and 31.
