Extension Lists Seven February Pesticide/Chemigation Training Dates

CUSTER COUNTY – Nebraska Extension will be providing private pesticide applicator and chemigation training this winter for applicators wishing to obtain or renew their current licenses throughout Custer and nearby counties. The following are in-person private pesticide applicator training (*chemigation training may be noted for specific dates/locations):

1. February 1^st—Two Private Pesticide Trainings offered: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Dawson County Extension Office (1002 Plum Creek Parkway, Lexington, NE 68850)
2. February 2^nd—Two Private Pesticide Training offered: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Buffalo County Extension Office (1400 E. 34^th St., Kearney, NE 68847)
3. February 7^th—One Private Pesticide Training offered: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Buffalo County Extension Office (1400 E. 34^th St., Kearney, NE 68847) (*chemigation offered from 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.)
4. February 8^th—One Private Pesticide Training offered: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Dawson County Extension Office (1002 Plum Creek Parkway, Lexington, NE 68850)
5. February 9^th—One Private Pesticide Training Offered: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Curtis Memorial Community Center, (201 Garlick Ave, Curtis, NE 69025)
6. *February 16^th—One Chemigation Training offered: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the 4-H Building at the Custer County Fairgrounds (44100 Memorial Drive, Broken Bow, NE 68822)
7. February 21^st—One Private Pesticide Training offered: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Hall County Extension Office (3180 US-34, Grand Island, NE 68801) (*chemigation offered from 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.)
