ANSELMO & CALLAWAY – Thursday, December 14 will unveil a ribbon cutting and a groundbreaking ceremony in Callaway at 11:00 a.m. and a groundbreaking ceremony in Anselmo at 1:30 p.m.
Callaway received a $500,000 grant from the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund to construct three single-family homes for income-qualified individuals and families. Two of the homes have already been built and sold in Broken Bow and the last will be built in Callaway.
The ribbon cutting and groundbreaking ceremony in Callaway will be at 806 East Pacific Street at 11:00 a.m.
The Nebraska Department of Economic Development awarded Anselmo $442,330 Anselom public works facilities grant-funded project located at the Anselmo Village Library. The library serves as the community’s gathering and meeting place and has hosted several events.
The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m. at 201 North Dorr Street in Anselmo.
