BROKEN BOW – Custer County District Court heard 2 criminal cases Thursday morning.
Timothy A. Ramsdell, 29 of Broken Bow, appeared for an arraignment in his case. Ramsdell pled no contest to a charge of criminal intent wherein he failed to register as a sex offender, a Class IV felony. His case then moved to sentencing in June.
Matthew A. Grubtill, 32 of Broken Bow, appeared to petition the court to set aside his conviction, which was granted.
