The Custer County Salvation Army, during their meeting on May 7, wrote checks to several communities and their swimming lesson and food pantry efforts.
A total of $3,000 for swimming lessons was donated to Ansley, Arnold, Broken Bow, Callaway and Sargent.
A total of $2,000 was donated to the Taylor/Sargent, Callaway, Arnold and Ansley food Pantries.
