BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Foundation is announcing the return of its Give 4 Custer County campaign for 2023, according to a release from the foundation.
The two-week event takes place every other year, with the last campaign unfolding in 2021. During that drive, the Custer County Foundation, in partnership with the community, raised over $213,000 for nonprofit organizations throughout Custer County.
During the Give 4 Custer County campaign, local nonprofits will host fundraisers for their organizations, and the Custer County Foundation will match a portion of the raised funds. The foundation will be giving away $50,000 in matching funds. The match pool will be distributed proportionately to nonprofits based on the total amount raised by each organization.
Online and in-person donations will be accepted between June 15 and June 30, with more details to be shared at a meeting for the participating organizations.
Participating nonprofits should register for the campaign by March 31. More information about the campaign, including how to sign up as a participating nonprofit, can be found on the Custer County Foundation’s website, or by contacting the foundation’s office via phone at (308) 872-2232.
