The 2024 Custer County Fair continues today, Wednesday, July 31.
Beginning at 8 a.m. is the 4-H horses with the categories, Working Ranch Horse, Roping, Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Riding, Western Riding, Reigning, Goat Tying, Barrels, and Poles.
Also starting at 8 is the FFA Stocker-Feeder Show, followed by the 4-H Stocker-Feeder Show.
At 9 a.m. is the 4-H Clover Kids Bucket Calf Interview judging and Clover Kid Bucket Calf Parade. 4-H Breeding Heifers followed by Junior Herd, and Best Group of 3 Beef also start at 9.
Starting at 11 is the 4-H/FFA Beef Fitting and Showing Contest. Then, the 4-H Dairy Cattle Show and 4-H Goat Show begin at 1. The FFA Goat Show will follow and at 3 will be the FFA Dairy Cattle.
The 4-H Awards Presentation will be at 6 p.m. at the Custer County Farm Bureau Show Ring. To wrap up the day at 8 is entertainment and at 9 is the Teen Dance.
