Two Sargent men were arraigned in Custer County Court on Monday, February 3rd.
Jarod Scott, age 35, was charged with one count of terroristic threats, a Class IIIA felony; one count of domestic assault, a misdemeanor; and two counts of assault, both misdemeanors. Judge Tami Schendt set a preliminary hearing for Scott on February 10, 2025, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.
Caleb Hill, age 30, appeared before Judge Schendt and was charged with one count of terroristic threats, a Class IIIA felony; and two counts of assault, both misdemeanors. A preliminary hearing for Hill was set for February 24.
