On Monday, November 6, Logan A Rastavan, 23 of Colorado made his first appearance on one charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine (class IV felony).
Matthew Furrow was appointed by Judge Tami Schendt to represent Rastavan who will be back in court on November 27 for a preliminary hearing. If convicted of the one charge, Rastavan could face a maximum of 2 years imprisonment plus 12 months post-release supervision, a $10,000 fine, or both.
