The Custer County Ag Society will meet for a regular board meeting tonight inside the shooting sports building on the fairgrounds in Broken Bow starting at 7 PM.
Following financial and committee reports, old business items up for discussion include an update on the upcoming demolition derby, the management of open class entries at the fair, food vendors at the 2025 fair, and a new barn door estimate update for barn six. Changes to the checking account will also be discussed.
New business items on tonight’s agenda include the resignation of a board member, followed by the appointment of a new board member. The election of an executive secretary and a treasurer will follow. An insurance renewal and advertising for the fair and tractor pull will round out the agenda.
