BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Ag Society will meet for its regular board meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 12 at the Shooting Sports Building on the Custer County Fairgrounds.
The board is expected to approve the minutes of both the December 11 regular board meeting and those of the January 8 planning meeting, as well as the payment of the monthly bills.
Committee reports will be delivered by the Extension Office, the 4-H Council, and the Fairgrounds Administrator. In old business, the board will hear an update regarding its Recycle/Reuse Grant, and the sole new business item consists of contract discussion. A full agenda is attached.
