BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Ag Society will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 9 at 7 p.m. at the Shooting Sports Building on the Custer County Fairgrounds.
The board will consider approving the payment of the monthly bills and hear committee reports from the Extension Office, the 4-H Council, and the Fairgrounds Administrator.
In new business, the Ag Society will discuss plans for the upcoming summer and fall events.
In old business, the board will hear updates on the Grange Building and the plans to install fans in the indoor arena and show ring, revisit demolition plans of Barn 1 and the restrooms behind the grandstands, and move toward a solution regarding the return alley on the south side of the indoor arena.
