BROKEN BOW- Broken Bow’s Crazy Days Celebration kicks off bright and early Thursday morning, and lasts through Saturday night.
On Thursday, enjoy great retail sales at Broken Bow’s local businesses starting at 7 a.m. Vendors, including many mobile boutiques, will open early on the square. The sales continue through Friday as well.
On Saturday at 8 a.m. sign in for the 3rd annual Donut Dash begins. The route starts and ends at Melham park. Ollie’s will provide coffee along with the donuts at the end of the race.
At 10 a.m. the Custer County Classic Car Show will go on at the Square. Registration begins at 8 a.m. costing $20. All proceeds will support the Custer County Museum.
The Custer County Fairgrounds hosts fun activities Saturday evening. From 4 to 8 p.m. Rockit Event Pros will have carnival fun with $10 wristbands available for purchase at the fairgrounds. At 9 p.m., the beer garden opens and music begins with adults 21 and older costing $10 and 20 and under costing $5. Music entertainment includes Hockett, Luke Mills, Downtown Nowhere, Drew Phillips Band, Liv Faith, and Jaden Schumacher.
Stephanie Grafel, executive director at the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce, explained how eager they are to be able to share some fun with Broken Bow.
“We’re just truly excited about it. I think it’s going to be a great time. Since there is not going to be a big band going for the fair, come on out and enjoy this,” said Grafel.
