BROKEN BOW – County Court heard 2 criminal cases Monday morning. Both were codefendants.
Crystal B. Mueller, 43 of Aurora, Colorado, made her first appearance to respond to 3 allegations: one possession of methamphetamine, a Class IV felony, and two infractions: possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an open container.
Matthew T. Foster, 49 of Aurora, Colorado, appeared for the first time to face 5 allegations: possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony, a Class III felony, possession of methamphetamine and psilocybin, both Class IV felonies, possession of a concealed weapon, a Class I misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.
Both cases were continued to June.
