Families, neighbors, and community members are invited to enjoy a full day of fun, wellness, and education at the Community Health Fair & Family Fun Day on Tuesday, July 22nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Callaway Morgan Park.
Hosted by Callaway District Hospital and Medical Clinics in collaboration with Senior Life Solutions, the event brings together health awareness, engaging activities, and entertainment for all ages.

The Health Fair will feature free resources and information about mental health, heart disease, nutrition, diabetes, and substance abuse prevention, along with a lifestyle sports demo. Attendees can also benefit from free blood pressure screenings, raffle baskets, free back-to-school supplies, and healthy living tips from community vendors.
A special Kids’ Corner will offer games, physical activities, tattoos, stickers, and more to keep the younger crowd active and entertained.
Attendees can also register for door prizes, and enjoy a delicious BBQ in the park provided by the Callaway Community Center.
Two interactive sessions highlight the day:
- Intro to Pickleball with USA Pickleball Ambassador Barb Baldrige will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Morgan Park Basketball Courts. Learn the basics of this fun and accessible paddle sport that blends tennis, badminton, and table tennis — and discover the physical and mental health benefits it offers.
- Aquatic Wellness, led by Wendy Dockweiler and assisted by local lifeguards Greeley Hrupek and Aubrie Birkel, will run from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. at Callaway Aquatic Wellness. This session focuses on low-impact fitness through cardio and strength routines in the water. Pool tours will also be available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Local vendors include Community Health Partners, the Tropical Snow Truck, local arts and crafts, and fresh produce.
In the case of bad weather, activities will be moved to the Callaway Community Center.
