The City of Broken Bow is hoping to assist citizens traversing utility bill confusion from a postal error with bills that were due on March 10, 2025.
After previously being lost in transport, the bills have been found and are being distributed and received right now.
Utility bills that will be due on April 10, 2025 will be mailed out on March 26, 2025.
Those who have paid their bill that was due on March 10 are encouraged to disregard the mailings you are currently receiving. If you have not paid your March 10 bill, you are asked to do so by March 30 to avoid having services disconnected.
All bills can still be paid online, in the drop box, or at the Utility office.
