The Broken Bow City Council will have several new business items to discuss at Monday’s meeting at the Municipal Building.
Council will consider approving and authorizing the City Administrator to send notice to Custer County of the city’s desire to terminate the current interlocal cooperative agreement for the Custer County Communications Center between the county and city of Broken Bow.
Council will also consider approving placement of stop signs on the north side of South 8th avenue and South D street, South 6th avenue and South C street, South 7th avenue and South C street, and a four way stop at South 6th avenue and South D street, South 7th avenue and South D street, and North 9th avenue and North H street in Broken Bow.
Council will also consider an ordinance changing the speed limit to 25 miles per hour for all of South B street west of South 10th avenue.
Also to be considered at Monday’s meeting is a Memorandum of Understanding between Broken Bow and Brookestone View for Handi Bus utilization in the event of an emergency.
Monday’s meeting begins at 6pm at the Municipal Building.
