City Council setting budget dates at Tuesday meeting

BROKEN BOW – The Broken Bow City Council will hold its second regular meeting of July on Tuesday, July 25 at 6 p.m. in the Municipal Building Auditorium.

The council will consider approving the consent agenda, which includes the minutes from the prior meeting and the bills as posted.

Deb McCaslin will present on Truckers Against Trafficking in other communications, and the council will consider approving the updated Broken Bow Public Library policies.

Additionally, the city council will consider approving newly appointed treasurer Jennifer Waterhouse to be added as an authorized signer for city bank accounts, as well as an authorized name on the city’s safety deposit box.

The council will also set budget workshop dates, which could tentatively be Wednesday, August 23 or Thursday, August 24. The meeting will conclude with council and mayoral comments. As always, the meeting is open to the public; a full agenda is attached.
