The Sacramento Police Department in California was assisted recently by the Sherman County Sheriff’s Office with an arrest warrant the department says was issued on March 20.
Markas Psomas, age 64, was arrested on child sexual assault charges last Thursday in Loup city by the Sherman County Sheriff’s office with the assistance of the Central Nebraska Special Response team, made up of sheriff’s offices and police departments in central Nebraska.
Following the arrest, Psomas was lodged in the Custer County Jail in Broken Bow.
