California Man Faces Felony Charges

Appearing in Custer County Court on Monday, August 18th, was Jeffrey B. Plumb, age 60 of Yucca Valley, California. Plumb faces two charges—possession of a controlled substance, a Class IV felony, and a charge of deliver/dispense/distribute/manufacture possession of a controlled substance , a Class IIA felony. The charges stem from an arrest that occurred on August 11th. Matt Furrow was appointed to represent the defendant and Judge Schendt set Plumb’s preliminary hearing for September 8th. Bond was continued at $50,000 with a 10% privilege.
