Broken Bow square Easter egg hunt is Friday afternoon

The annual tradition of the Broken Bow Easter egg hunt in the square continues on Friday (April 18). Kids from newborn to age 12 are invited to participate and bring along with them family and friend spectators.

Matt and Jeanette Denson joined KCNI/KBBN’s morning show on Wednesday to talk about the hunt, which Custer Care has been an integral part of for over a decade. The two said that the egg-stuffing process has been happening in the activities room of Custer Care for some time and that well over 2,000 eggs will be out for little ones to grab up.

In addition to the hunt for kids 4 and under, those ages 5 to 12 will be able to search for numbers in the downtown area for their prizes.

Hunting will begin at 1:30 and kids are encouraged to bring their own basket. Joining Custer Care and the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce as sponsors of the event are Melham Medical Center, Myers Construction, and Power Solutions.
