BROKEN BOW – The Broken Bow Public Library is hosting its annual cookie contest this Friday.
Participants are invited to sign up by calling (308)872-2927 and bring two dozen homemade cookies to the library by 5:00 p.m. this Friday. Do not forget to bring your recipes to share.
Judging will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Winners and prizes will be revealed directly after the judging.
Last year, there were eight skilled bakers who entered the cookie contest and entries included frosted sugar cookies, “snowball cookies”, white chocolate/cranberry cookies, a variety of chocolate chip cookies, and ginger snaps with frosting.
