Broken Bow City Council will meet tonight starting at 6 PM at the Municipal Building on South 10th Avenue. The meeting is open to the public.
Following consent agenda items, Council will consider approving the appointment of Jose Ambriz as a Broken Bow Police Officer, to be effective July 24. Should the approval be given, Ambriz will participate in the Police Officer Oath.
Resolution 2025-13, an agreement between the city and the League Association of Risk Management for insurance coverage, will also be up for consideration. Various commitment lengths and written notice of termination parameters for council to consider make possible annual contributions span from $458,545 to $482,679.
Council will also set the date and time for the budget workshop, on a date somewhere between August 11 and 21.
