BROKEN BOW – As was expected after the release of a particularly short agenda, Broken Bow City Council completed their meeting in a matter of minutes on Tuesday night at the Municipal Building. Luke Wassom and Chris Myers were absent but excused.
Council, outside of acknowledging the open meetings act and doing the pledge of allegiance, approved the consent agenda from the previous meeting. It included approval of minutes from the budget workshop and council meeting on August 27. Bills as posted were also approved as a part of the consent agenda. No new business items for discussion or decision appeared on Tuesday night’s agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 6:06 PM. The next City Council meeting is on the calendar for September 24 at 6 PM at the Broken Bow Municipal Building.
