The Broken Bow City Council came to order at the Municipal Building’s auditorium at 6 p.m. on Tuesday evening. All members were present except Councilman Baltz who was excused.
The council approved the consent agenda, including the posted bills and the minutes from the September 12 meeting. Under new business, Ryan Jones was appointed as the new Water/Sewer Superintendent.
A Conditional Use Permit was approved for Luke Wassom at 1407 North C Street and the Lot 3, Pamida Addition Lot Split Application was also approved. The next meeting will be on October 10 and is open to the public.
