BROKEN BOW – The Broken Bow City Council will convene for its mid-October meeting on Tuesday, the 11 at 6 p.m. in the Municipal Building’s auditorium.
The council will have consideration of approving the consent agenda, which includes approval of the September 27 minutes, the bills as posted, and the September treasurer’s report.
In old business, the council will revisit Ordinance 1264, which proposes a Well Head Protection Plan for the city; included in the reconsideration of the ordinance are a public hearing, a possibility of waiving the third reading, and the possibility of its approval by the council.
In new business, the city council will have consideration of changing its first meeting in November to Monday the 7. A full agenda is attached.
