Broken Bow City Council Agenda: October 10

The Broken Bow City Council will hold its first October meeting this Tuesday, October 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building Auditorium.

New business agenda items include consideration of approving Christopher Leibert as a Broken Bow Police Officer, a Board Appointment of Kathy Salts to the Broken Bow Housing Authority, a Renewable Energy Certificate Management Services Agreement, along with a public hearing for Ordinance 1273, rezoning all of Block 18 in J.P. Gandy Addition in the City of Broken Bow (the old Custer public schools lot) from Residential Single (R-1) to Residential Single and Multifamily (R-2.)

Following new business, the council will have consideration of waving the three readings, along will the consideration of approving Ordinance 1273. There will also be a hearing for the resignation of the West Ward Councilmember. Following the hearing, the council will have consideration of approving the Declaration of Vacancy, effective October 10, 2023.
