The Broken Bow City Council will meet Tuesday July 14th at 6:00 pm on the main floor of the Municipal Building. The agenda is longer than usual due to several Public Hearings including Ordinance 1312. The Council will have consideration of approving the Ordinance to confirm the sale of the Broken Bow Armory to Becton, Dickinson for $900,000.00, by way of a Municipal Deed.
Some of the other Public Hearings on the agenda include Ordinance 1313 regarding the regulation of electric bicycles,scooters and hoverboards and Public Hearing Ordinance 1314 for consideration of imposing a temporary moratorium on the acceptance processing and approval of applications for high data processing facilities.
