Broken Bow Announces November’s Students of the Month

BROKEN BOW – The trait for Broken Bow’s November Student of the Month is “Integrity.” One student from each of Broken Bow High School’s grades has been selected based on how other students view their embodiment of the trait.

The students for each grade are:

12th Grade – Zack Gaffney
11th Grade – Anna Chancellor
10th Grade – Talen Hurlburt
9th Grade – Broderick Morris

Character traits for other months have included respect, responsibility, and compassion. Students recognize their peers as part of the Student of the Month program; their choices are then shuttled on to the school administration for approval.

The student council does not receive teacher input (other than administration approval) and aims for a variety of representation. Once nominated, a student is eliminated from the nomination process and student council members are not eligible to be nominated until the second semester of their senior year.
